By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We sell custom grip socks primarily for Pilates, yoga, barre, lagree studios, instructors, and wellness businesses. All product designs, logos, or customizations submitted to us are the responsibility of the purchaser, and you confirm you have the rights or permission to use any materials provided.

Note: We reserve the right to reject designs or materials that are inappropriate, infringe copyrights/trademarks, or violate our content policies.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payments via [payment methods, e.g., Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, major credit cards, etc].

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times are 6-8 weeks but may vary depending on location, production schedules and volume or intricacy of the order.

We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes: Customers outside of EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and will not be reimbursed by us under any circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at info@studiogripsocks.com and include photos if applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, product designs (excluding user-submitted logos), and trademarks, is the property of Studio Grip Socks and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Customer-Submitted Content

When you upload or submit artwork, logos, or text for customization, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use that content. We are not liable for any infringement resulting from your submissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

12. Visual Mockups & Color Accuracy

Any digital sketches, mockups, or previews provided during the ordering process are for illustrative purposes only. While we do our best to match your chosen colors and designs, actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, fabric materials, and printing techniques. These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

13. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping address, billing information, artwork files, and bank or payment details (where relevant).

We are not liable for delays, delivery errors, payment issues, or any other problems that arise due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


14. Respect & Ethical Conduct

We believe in mutual respect and upholding professional and ethical standards in all client relationships.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, terminate a contract, or refuse service at any stage if a customer behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise in conflict with our company’s values or standards. This includes mistreatment of our employees or partners.

In such cases, we will notify the customer and issue any applicable refunds at our sole discretion, based on the stage of production or fulfillment.


15. Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our grip socks and offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the intended performance of the socks.

What’s Covered:
  • Defects in grip technology

  • Premature unraveling of seams or fabric

  • Faults in stitching or material flaws that affect fit or usability

What’s Not Covered:
  • Normal wear and tear (including fading, pilling, or stretching over time)

  • Damage from improper care, including incorrect washing or drying

  • Accidental damage, cuts, punctures, or holes

  • Fit issues due to individual sizing preferences (unless the sock is defective)

If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us at info@studiogripsocks.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our sole discretion based on the condition and use of the product.


16. Ownership of Unpaid Goods

All products, including custom-designed socks, remain the sole property of Studio Grip Socks until full payment has been received.

If a customer fails to complete payment for an order, we reserve the right to retain the goods and use them at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, reselling, donating, using as samples, repurposing, or disposing of the products.

No ownership, licensing, or distribution rights are transferred to the customer until the order has been paid in full.

17. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the order within 14 calendar days of making the down payment to receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After 14 days have passed, the order will be considered confirmed and non-cancellable due to the custom nature of our production process. At that point, materials may already be in use or production may have started, and we will not be able to refund or halt the order.
